Rajeev completed his legal studies at University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom. He thereafter sat the Certificate in Legal Practice Examination at University of Malaya and has been called to the High Court of Malaya and in September, 1999 was admitted as a member of The West Malaysian Bar. Rajeev has been involved in Litigation throughout his career at the Bar and now concentrates on Commercial, Banking, Companies and Administrative Law Disputes. His main areas of expertise includes all aspects of Litigation, Real Property Transactions, Executive Proceedings and Corporate and Commercial Contracts.
Rajeev has appeared both as Junior and as Counsel at all tiers of the Malaysian Courts. He has represented both individual and corporate clients in complex claims and disputes in a wide range of areas relating to Administrative, Banking, Bankruptcy, Commercial and Corporate Matters, Industrial Relations, Insolvency, Insurance, Construction and Foreclosure. Rajeev also provides advisory and strategic service in those areas and is also involved in negotiations towards dispute resolution.
Rajeev is a Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) and Malaysian Immigration consultant handling applications on behalf of foreign citizens wishing to stay or work in Malaysia.
Rajeev is also appointed a Commissioner for Oaths in 2015.
